This service aims to contribute as a marketing strategy and increase visitors the caribakatmu.com website, which was managed by PT Ahad Edutama Inovasi with technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. method Participatory Action Research (PAR), where team assisted partners in research solve problems. Data collected distributing questionnaires 100 website user respondents questions were based on approach used. Path analysis used this activity SEM-PLS program comprehensively determine direct indirect effects of exogenous variables endogenous ones. showed that Caribakatmu.com following model. The perceived ease use usefulness significantly affect attitude towards using behavioral intention. However, addition age gender control variables, there are several suggestions for Caribakatmu.com, including 1) Development services student level up company level; 2) Expanding personality testing providing visual tests, memory games creativity so talent mapping is comprehensive; 3) Adding share feature users can promote website.
